Paolo is a Director in the EBRD’s SME Finance & Development group - his main responsibilities include developing financing and advisory solutions to promote sustainable development in the SME sector. Throughout the past 15 years at the EBRD, Paolo has contributed to several new product launches for the Bank, including Star Venture, supply chain financing, social impact bonds, and digital advisory for SMEs. Prior to joining EBRD, Paolo worked in the finance industry, focusing mostly on acquisitions and disposals.
